Working a full-time job can be exhausting and time consuming; often one of the first things to go is Yoga, even for a seasoned practitioner. How do we keep at it, even when we think there is no time? Give yourself 5 minutes, then 10, then 15 and allow yourself to fluctuate until you find something that works for you. The benefits to yoga are enormous.
